Important Registration Notice
As a not-for-profit organisation, we are committed to hosting impactful, sustainable, and accessible events that support safety across the energy industry. However, when attendees register and do not attend, it not only affects the success of the event but also contributes to unnecessary resource waste. This includes aspects such as unused catering, printed materials, and unnecessary travel and staffing arrangements which all have an environmental impact.
To ensure we can continue to host OPITO Global as a free to attend event, we kindly ask that you only register if you are confident you can attend. If your plans change, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing events@OPITOGlobal.com so we can reallocate your space.
By registering, you acknowledge that we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of AED 500 by invoice for non-attendance unless notice of cancellation is provided a minimum of 14 days before the event begins, by emailing events@OPITOGlobal.com.
